Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable! Please note that there is no kids/ extra guest allowed unless they are being serviced. Please come on time 10 minutes late there will be a late fee. Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes of delay. (Deposits will not be refunded)Please understand your delay is unfair to your stylist as well as the next client. If you can not make your appointment please notify us within 24 hours. Anything less than 24 hours' deposit will not be transferred unless it’s due to bad weather and your deposit will be forfeited.
